I have searched long and hard to find a Kuripe that fits nicely in my nostrils. Most of them are to wide and the nostril holes are always to big for my nose. I am so thankful to Ayaho Life for making 'custom' Kuripes. In this particular Kuripe you have 3 sizes to choose from and I bought the small one which fits nicely in my nose and my husband has the medium one.
